Working as an artist full-time, I am constantly leaning over and sitting for long periods of time, which had left me with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Having tried both osteo and chiro to no avail, I consulted Dougie for weekly remedial massages. After only a few sessions, I am now more flexible than I ever expected to be and the pain and tightness has improved dramatically. I could not recommend Dougie enough.
